Truck driver was hauling a load of sand on 41 North bound with out the cover rolled out so the sand was blowing at vehicles, including mine, going 70 mph....The covers are on the trucks to be used in situations like this, apparently the driver was to lazy to roll out the cover and didn't care about the vehicles behind him.
