Didier called to proactively let me know one of the doors we ordered was damaged and that I could call the store to inquire about a reduction in price. He told me he had already sent photos of the damage to the delivery coordinator at the store.

Very hard worker and very kind! He went out of his way to help make sure the items I ordered were placed in my garage with care and went the extra mile and even tested our lawn mower to make sure it arrived in working condition. 10/10 recommend his services!
