I've been unloading trucks for 22 years. The dispatch sets up a ETA. The drivers give a courtesy call with in 8 hours of the delivery. The drivers handle the Tru-Wood cabinets they deliver to s with respect. That is huge. When the drivers are done, they DO NOT want to hang around and chat. I'd give them 7 stars if I could.
