Dangerous driver hauling a load incorrectly causing unsafe road conditions and damage to nearby vehicles. Sparks were flying and the highway was being torn up. This is in Houston on 288 North at about 1:30pm June 27th.

Dangerous driver P Gouge slammed into my vehicle with wide load. Lied to Highway patrol stating I veered out of lane. I was exonerated after trooper viewed dashcam of rookie driver all over the road not in control of vehicle or load.
