was in a pinch to get packages to the local FedEx hub after the cutoff for pickups. Called Jet W at 5:20pm and John answered. He hoped in his truck and had the packages, nearly 400 pounds in all, picked up by 6:30pm and delivered to the hub by 7:00pm. Was professional and so helpful. Thanks John!
