Joel took a load for my company and did not inform us until we called him the day of stating "I found a better load". He laughed He then proceeded to say, "it's no big deal". This carrier doesn't conduct business in a professional manner and I recommend you never use them.

I would NOT recommend using this carrier for a load if you care about your customer. Joel booked a load with our company, then proceeded to take a different load and not tell us until we called in the day of pick up for an ETA. Highly …
