US DOT# 818933 The driver of truck 140 almost hit me and 3 other cars not paying attention to the road and cutting people off. Very dangerous. Laughed and didn't even care. I will be reporting this to the DOT!!! This happened 2:57pm today 7/26 he was traveling down 123 towards Old Bridge road.
