Front desk staff was helpful and always able to answer any qurstion on the phone. Back warehouse.... not so much. The one forklift driver was NOT happy he had to load our few pallets into the box truck, complaining a few times. We regularly use box trucks so wasn't sure of the issue (maybe bc it wasn't a trailer?)
