WM - Kansas City Hauling

If you enjoy never knowing when your trash will be picked up, could be 4am could be 4pm.. and then paying $115 for them to actually come get the trash and, terrible customer service with employees that hangup on you, then this absolutely is the company for you. If you prefer stability and consistency go with literally anyone else.

WM is good at staying to schedule and emailing holiday service updates. However the past couple of months, I'm finding my trash/recycling carts knocked over, dropped on my grass, etc. Every week! Either it's defective equipment or it could be a training opportunity for the driver. Not sure but I hope it improves soon!

I switched to Waste Management for my trash and recycling one year ago and they have been great! Never a problem with them at all. I highly recommend them!
